Challenge

• Traditional focus timers often provide little motivation beyond completing a session.
• Timer history, statistics, and collectible progress needed to remain consistent between app launches.
• The interface had to adapt comfortably to different iPhone and iPad screen sizes while keeping the timer easy to read.

Solution

• Built preset and custom Pomodoro timers with animated progress and clear session states.
• Structured the application with MVVM and used SwiftData for persistent sessions, statistics, and unlock progress.
• Created a progressive egg and character reward system based on total accumulated focus time.
• Designed responsive SwiftUI layouts and prepared the product for App Store distribution.
